• Return period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping: We offer free return shipping.
• Exclusions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
