Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location (Cyprus: 3-5 days, Greece & Europe: 7-15 days).

A: We currently ship to Cyprus, Greece

 

Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?

A: You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

A: Absolutely! Contact us before placing your order and we will create something unique, just for you.

Q: Do you accept large orders (e.g. weddings, events, corporate gifts)?

A: Yes, we provide special solutions for weddings, favors, events, and corporate gifting.

 

Q: What materials do you use?

A: All of our home décor items are handmade with Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, stone-like material. Our candles are crafted from 100% natural soy wax.

Q: Are your candles safe?

A: Yes, we use natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and certified, toxin-free fragrances.

Q: Are all products identical?

A: Since everything is handmade, each piece may have small variations in color or pattern – this makes every creation truly one of a kind.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns within 14 days for unused products. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: In the rare case of damage during shipping, we will replace your item at no additional cost.

 

Q: How do I clean Jesmonite items?

A: Simply wipe them with a soft damp cloth. Avoid strong cleaning products.

Q: Any tips for candle use?

A: Allow the candle to burn for at least 4 hours on the first use for an even melt. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
